Premier Grain Classic Maple Cutting Board
All Maple heartwood--by far the most commonly used wood for cutting boards. The beauty and simplicity of this solid American hardwood is unmatched. You can never go wrong when choosing a classic.
This board is reversible and a juice groove may be added to one side. Handholds are provided unless support feet are requested to make lifting and reversing the board easier. Support feet will make this board non-reversible. Each board is supplied with a non-skid positioning mat (unless support feet are chosen), a stainless steel bench scraper and a 2-ounce sample bottle of Howard Butcher Block Conditioner. 12oz bottles are available here on our site.
"Premier Maple" is available in three standard sizes. Custom sizes are available. Please contact us for a quotation.
Wood is a natural product and no two pieces are exactly the same. Grain, coloring and even the dimensions will vary slightly from board to board and from the examples depicted on this page. Also, most woods will darken or change color slightly, particularly with exposure to sunlight. You will find that over time the character of the wood will deepen and grow more luxurious.
